After uninstall, Category and Tag missing

Hi,
I’ve uninstall/delete/update all files and folders related to W3TC 0.9.2.7 as stated here.
However after did the above all my posts show Filed under Uncategorized. In addition Tags also not shown in all posts.
Any suggestion how to solve the problem before I reinstall W3TC?
