More Fields Values in More Types RSS Feed

i managed to create a custom type called “Program” and Added a custom field to it called “Sponsor”
i can access the feed by calling:
https://mysite.domain/feed/?post_type=programbut it does not contain the “Sponsor” field
how to add “Sponsor” field to the rss ?
