How to change post from one another author?

    How can i change the post from another author? Both we have level 6, but if i want to edit a article from him of he want to edit a article from me, the message appears “You cannot post as this user”…

    You might ask your blog administrator to change the Post author on that post.

    If i get a higher level (from the admin), i can change the post from the other author. But i want that al authors from the same level, can change the post from the other…
