Advice on changing a theme

Hi everyone, new to the forum and WordPress. I did check to see if this has been posted before, but couldn’t find it. Apologies if it has. I was looking to change my theme and was wondering whether all posts and user details would be lost if I did. I’m currently running version 1.5 with the standard kubrick theme.
