I have another quick question: I created a child-theme from Graphene. Now I downloaded the new version of Graphene, do I have something special to do on my child-theme?

The child theme should be based exclusively in a child custom style.css file. Right? You should be safe without taking any action. Anyway, this update just introduced bugfixes and I see no new features.
