Dropdown nav not working in subpages

    I have a strange issue happening with this site, where the dropdown navigation is not appearing, but only on the sub-pages.

    The dropdown appears ok on the homepage, but if you view any of the subpages it does not appear. Occasionally when I reload a secondary page, the nav may flash on hover for a split-second.

    Any ideas why this might be?
