I changed the prefix and now my site renders differently

    This change prefix feature is not compatible with some plugins. You need to find out which plugin that is not compatible with. You may need to use other plugin.

    You have other option, that is disable this feature. Unfortunately it will be very-very difficult once you activate it. I personally think, it will be easier to restore from backups rather than manually repair the prefix change.
