Delete erroneous e-mail

    Several times I have attempted to get support but none has been ever responded to. Is this plugin still supported?

    I deactivated the plugin until I can get a response as I am now receiving about 40 undeliverable e-mail notices daily. Doesn’t this plugin verify a correct e-mail before adding the user first? That would prevent numerous e-mails daily advising that it was undeliverable. Thanks.

    This plugin is still supported , but we’re a small team and it’s difficult to answer support requests in various places.

    Two elements of answer for you, if you want to make sure that your subscribers are not spammy subscribers, you can use the implementation of WangGuard to protect wysija subscription :

    Otherwise in the premium features of wysija there is the automated bounce handling, which will allow you to take care of emails bouncing back to you.
