Buttons not showing up

    The code shows when I view the source code, but the buttons are not showing up at all on the site. Right now they are set to show at the bottom and top of each page/post, and are set to show on home page, pages, categories, archives – everything, but they are not showing up anywhere. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin twice, I’ve entered the ID, email and password. I can’t figure this out at all. The only thing that seems weird is that the plugin title in the plugins page is showing up as “AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget”, but when I put the widget into the sidebar and configure it, it won’t show up there either.

    Plugin version listed as: 3.0.3
    WordPress: 3.5.1
    Theme: Twenty Eleven

    @sacredpath: Are you using custom code for printing the buttons? We have a reported issue regarding that. Let me know the configurations you are having in plugin settings. You can mail me it to srijith[at]addthis.com

    Hi, were you able to resolve this? I’m having the same problem, buttons not showing on site, but the code is there in the source.

    It turned out to be Adblock Plus (Firefox) and Adblock Mac that were keeping the buttons from appearing. It’s funny as I’ve had no issues with this before, but apparently Adblock made some changes or something. When I disable them the buttons show up. I’m going to whitelist them in Adblock one of these days when I get some time.

    That’s an issue we have noticed. We are trying to find alternatives.
