About Upload Problem

Hi,
Firstly, Thank you very much for this excellent form builder. I created my form and added upload section. Every information can be get by e-mail but uploaded files are not.
I’d be appreciate if you can inform me about this situation.
I guess this could be from the permissions but i don’t know which file’s permission should be changed althoug i read the article from https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_File_Permissions
