WP Survey and Quiz Tool How to take backup????

    i am using WP Survey and Quiz Tool 2.13

    i have created polls and results are shown in the wpsqt panel.
    how to take backup these polls and results??
    Maintenance tab has backup option, but try to take backup, it asks database host, username, password, database name..

    after fill this details, click submit.. but nothing happen… how to check the results stored in database????
