Plugin similar to Tweet This?

    I’m looking for a free plugin that does what Tweet This used to do. Specifically, I want a plugin that tweets when I publish a new post, but allows me to add hashtags to that tweet. (With Tweet This, there was an editable box on the post writing page).

    Does anyone know of anything that will fit the bill?
