Jquery working but JSFiddle example is not

Hello
I am trying to achieve a “flip div on hover” effect.

I found an example on JsFiddle,
I pasted all the code into the relevant places but cannot recreate the effect.

I have checked in the source code that jquery is being loaded in the header (by clicking the file from the source code)

I have also used some other sample script just to add a border to divs and that works ok.
