Download link not being sent & nothing in transaction?

    Hi
    I have had great plugin on a site for about a month – and have been alerted to at least a couple of transactions (on Feb 24 & 27) not receiving download link, on checking in the transaction area no transactions appear even though payments have gone through to Pay Pal and been received. Is this a glitch or is something else going on I should look into ?
