Synchronize Facebook Site Likes with WordPress

I read a 2 year old thread on why the count from facebook didn’t work. I tried below url

and it came up with 15 21 60.
I had 21 likes on my webshop but then I changed Facebook username, now FB shows 47 likes on my fanpage but when I install plugin for facebook likes on my webshop in wordpress it only shows 21 likes. I have tried every plugin but nothing works it seems that somewhere in wordpress I must have entered the old facebook name but I’m not able to find it in the files.
My webshop is https://www.silky-dream.dk and I use the theme from wordpress yourflexishop.
