How to report plugin ?

    Guy how to report plugin company steal our credit card detail and make unauthorized transaction ?

    Recently purchase a plugin (free version is available here), went to their site, make purchase with credit card, transaction go thru smooth. (for example : usd 50) but two minute later i received another sms said another USD 1 transacted ….

    This make me worry, i only authorized one transaction, but they make it two within 2 minute and i’m not when they going do third time and fourth time without my authorize …..

    I know some member will said, is only 1 dollar, but stealing is stealing … i stop my credit card and request full refund from my credit card company ….

    You ought to contact your plugin’s vendors regarding this. We don’t support commercial products.

    ya is that possible to ban this type of plugin ? cause of their dishonest behavior ???

    We cannot “ban” a plugin that you downloaded from somewhere else.

    It is not unusual for a credit card transaction to be preceded by a hit for $1.00 (like at a gas pump to get approval for starting the pump), and it is possible something similar happened here and the $1.00 hit just happened to show up second. If I were in your spot, I would watch the account closely for a day or two and see whether the $1.00 transaction gets cancelled or credited.

    i agree but the dollar happen after my original deal go thru, is not a good sign for me
