Podcast

Hey, I have a hosting service that does not allow direct uploading of videos. I use wordpress as my cms, and I am planning on doing podcasts on youtube, and possibly posting audio on my website. Now I want to also put the video or audio on itunes, how would I get an rss feed, what is an rss feed? Please Help.
