Media Button does not let me upload anything

    I get this error code and nothing works, I have reset-ed 3 times and still nothing. No plugins are installed.

    Please help.

    Have you tried deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible? Have you tried, once all plugins are deactivated, switching to a default theme like Twenty Ten to see whether the problem persists?

    No plugins are installed, I have tried an earlier theme, problem persists.

    If there is no solution, is there a way to revert to an older version of WordPress?
