Site Title and Tagline Do Not Show

    I have my site title and tagline written in the dropdown boxes in the customize themes section, but they do not show on some of the themes I have tried. Right now I am working with the Responsive theme, but I cannot get it to show the site title nor tagline. I thought this feature would be default with all themes. Any suggestions?

    Go to your admin panel -> Settings -> General.

    What do you have there for site title and tagline?

    I have the same site title and tagline that I put in the customize themes fields.

    Does the Responsive admin panel section have an option for site title and tagline?

    I was able to go into the Responsive theme options and type in the site title and tagline on the home page, but I would like it to be at the top of all pages.
