changing bbpress 1.1 stand alone into WordPress

I have an existing forum that is running off of a stand-alone bbPress 1.-alpha-2855. I need to integrate it into WordPress so that I can update to bbPress’ latest version. Could anyone help me with a step by step way to do that?
