How to write some Turkish alphabet letters

I have a client here:

She wants the word “Welcome” in Turkish which is “Hos Geldiniz” but the third letter is not actually an S, it’s a special character with a little squiggle that drops down below the S, see here:

Is there an easy way – or should I create instead, a graphic that just looks like text..?
