Paypal says I need to open an account to buy this?

    It should work.
    Once redirected on Paypal, you must choose: “Don’t have a Paypal account”.
    Then you enter your informations. You are not forced to create a Paypal account.

    No, it won’t if I change the country value, it forces me to create an account. I have already created the account and completed the payment, so it’s solved (although the problem remains). I REALLY HATE PAYPAL.

    So it comes from Paypal. I can’t do anything.
