Displayed number of pages by categories is not exact

Hi,

I noticed that the number of pages displayed (using your plugin specific pages \ categories tab) is not exact in several cases, whereas the category filter applied in the pages tab works like a charm at the same time.

For a given category :

1. Deleted pages are still counted.
2. Private pages are not counted.

Did I miss something ?
