Upgraded Theme/Plugins – Blog Reverted to Earlier State

I upgraded my wordpress theme (zbench) and two plugins (Testimonials Widget and something else) about one hour ago. After I did this, my entire wordpress blog site (https://heidiwillard.com) reverted to an earlier state, which means all work I’ve done on it (posts, pages, plugins) for the last two weeks has vanished.

I can see that my latest posts (those from a few days ago) are still in the database, but I don’t know why the wordpress isn’t accessing the database properly or how I can see if my plugins I downloaded, the comments I received, and the pages I’ve created are still around.

Anyone know how I can revert the wordpress site back to the state it was two hours ago?
