extra fee when paying with paypal

    Hi,

    i would like to know if there is any extension to charge and extra fee to the order when client chooses to pay with paypal.

    i know TOS in the us say you can’t but i think its not the same for spain, where we are allowed to do this aswell as charging for credit card payment.

    i can’t find anything and it seems a must to me.
