Installation Error

I followed the instructions here on this website https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/cpanel/ for setting up a database… I modified the wp-config.php file accordingly (mik***_mi*** mik***_wordpress).

However, I navigate my browser to the setup and get the follwing error:
https://www.referring2.info/wp-admin/install.php

Can someone please help me figure out what I’m doing wrong, thanks.
