Broken slider images with use of your plug in

Our developer says your plug in is interfering with our home page slider images, it’s making our home page slider images ridiculously small.
Here are her comments:
This plugin is interfering with the thumbnail setting so that your home page slider images are being called to display as “attachment-post-thumbnail wp-post-image” even though in the dashboard it says to display full size.
Please advise on how this can be fixed.
Upon removal of your plug in, the slider issue didn’t resolve, however, when we reinstalled your plug in it immediately came back up with all our original plug in settings, which tells us your plug in never fully removed from our code either on uninstall.

You can see on our website home page how small our sliders are showing up b/c of your plug in, we need to fix this asap.
