Podpress does not recognize location of my podcast

    I created a podcast in both mp3 and m4a formats to upload to my blog. I downloaded podpress to add the audio into my blog posts, but it will not recognize my blog location. I had tried uploading it to the WP Media, as well as FTP transfer (FileZilla).
    Any help?
