not possible to fill in name and email

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    Optin Revolution version: 1.1.4

    I did this:
    Everything worked out fine when installing it, in the preview everything is working too. But when activated on the website i cannot fill out name and email. Also the text doesn’t show in these boxes. I have Aweber and i used the same web form as the optin on my website.

    Also in Firefox the pop up shows and in Explorer not.
