Listing pages in Custom Taxonomies

Is there a way to list the individual pages assigned to a term in an custom taxonomy? What I am looking to do is list the pages (not the regular posts) that are assigned to a particular item in a custom taxonomy.

Ideally, I want to have it so that when a user is browsing an individual post on the site, it will supply a list of the pages (hopefully in the sidebar) that are in the same category (or in this case custom taxonomy). This is so I can have news posts and informational pages for that particular topic, whilst making it easier to browse between the two.

I’m not sure if I am searching for the wrong phrases but I can’t figure it out!
