Harden WordPress kills Spellchecker

I’ve clicked the 1-click harden for wp-includes folder and now I get a 403 when I try to access Spellchecker through admin.
wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/spellchecker/rpc.php is also 403 Forbidden, which is where the error is coming from
