How to get description to be H2-tag

When I check the sourcecode on my new website, AIOSEOP doesn`t use the description as the H2-tag, it just looks like this:
<h2 id=”site-description”></h2>
Any idea how I can make AIOSEOP actually use the text I`ve entered in the description-field instead of this code?
