Hello, I have an issue with the position of the sidebar on my site (https://www.andarelsur.org/) which is supposed to be at the right (as configured in the theme settings, with search and twitter updates defined in the widgets), but appears at the bottom of the site. tried things like changing the sidebar to the left, and it seems to work right, but I need the sidebar at the right for my layout design.

    Any help is really appreciated.

I’ve just used the theme options and widgets.
I’ve been trying but I’m unable to open the link you send me, don’t know why

    thank you

    hi ana_thema,

seems to be something related to the ip address, since I’m not “normally” able to open that link.
    I will submit the request,
    thank you!

Yes, it seems there’s an issue with the ip address (maybe because of my location?). The only way I found to enter the site was using Tor browser, but I’m trying to register in order to create a support ticket and I get the following error message:

Your IP [31.172.30.2] is found at Stop Forum Spam .
If you feel this is incorrect please contact them.

    What can I do?
    Thank you

    hi ana_rhema,

i made some changes – please can you try again and let me know if it works?

    hope this helps, konrad

I’m still unable to enter. get that same error message, and the only browser with which I’m able to get to the site is Tor browser (which handles ip addresses to surf “anonymously”). with firefox, ie, or chrome I get always the message they “can’t find the server at support.themekraft.com.”

    hmm thats weird!

i will investigate further, for the meantime, can you at least access our contact site?

    write us here: https://themekraft.com/contact-us/

there seems to be a problem with the content of this post ‘Andar el Sur – Convocatoria’

edit the post, using the ‘text’ setting of the editor, and check that each div is closed properly.

(there might be other problems … because the validator did not report that unclosed div; check with https://validator.w3.org/ )

    thanks alchymyth!
you’re right, it seems the problem came from that post, which I imported from another blog (blogger import pluggin).

I always wondered if the code of the submited posts could interfere with the rest of the blog’s code? it seems it has something to do with that.

for now the problem’s solved. thank you!!

thank you konradS, I can access your contact site but I still can’t figure out how to register, in case I need further support.
