adding download link in RSS feed

I was looking into this site (https://www.aholyexperience.com).In order to download a particular document,it asked us to subscribe to it.I subscribed and link was at the footer of the RSS feed(delivered to my email).How do i do the same thing in my blog,ask user to subscribe to my feeds and then provide a download link,for certain special documents i am running?
