Cannot get buttons to appear

Hey guys-
I am using the button plugin. Pagelines is also installed. I have created the button and want to add it to the bottom of my page for people to order the service. The button appears as link text, see here https://passportsonline.org/checklists/new-passport/ – Where the button should be it says “expedite passport now” in link text. How do i add the button to my page correctly
