Adding new links

I’m sorry I wasn’t clear enough. In my header there is a line across the bottom. This has a menu of links or will when I’m done. Right now there is Home.

I was thinking it would be as below and yes, I realize I stupidly pasted the wrong code

My confusion is the URL. Do I do instead of /” title=”Home”>?

Sure, what is that? Due to loss of memory I went from a coder of WP to seemingly moronic. This is all a foreign language to me now

My question; do I do it like this:

<li class="whatgoeshere"><a href="/linkurl.html" title="Link">Link</a></li>

In other words, can I leave out the php_echo stuff and just use the URL? Then repeat that line 3-5 times
