Blacklist/Not shown feature

Hello Andrea, we’re currently running BP 1.7 beta2 and would like to add a feature to your plugin which should allow an user to be not shown in the search results in case the username of the person who is searching is blacklisted by the user. Can this be done easily? Thanks for support,
