My blog is showing white after activating the CDN

Hello,
I have successfully installed the w3 total cache and it is working fine but when i activate the CDN, it show white striping off my theme. i created a self hosted CDN using my subdomain and when i tested it, it was successful but i don’t know where the problem is coming from.
please i’d really love a reply to know how to fix this…
