How to add div above everything?

Hi, I’m a newbie to WP, but familiar with CSS. I am customizing the theme zeeBizzCard and would like to add a header above every div so it sits on top of all the divs. I looked at the index.php and it looks nothing like HTML and am stuck. How do I do this?!
Here’s what I want it to look like:
The header.php used in this theme is the top left div that looks like a card.
