Unable to Add vSlider, can not insert slider

    This is an error message I am getting when I attempt to add a new slider with v4.1.1.

    The work around is to simply add it directly in the database table wp_vslider. It appears for some reason the plugin is unable to update this table. Once the slider is created in the table all of the other settings can be saved and everything else works.

    I would not suggest you to use these workarounds, as editing the tables these could be dangerous. Editing wp_vslider might be fine but there are some important checks you may be manually overriding by doing so.

    I wanted to inform you that we’ve launched the 5.0.1 version.

    4.X & below versions are now outdated and based on old framework. If you are creating a new site I would suggest you to try the 5.0.1 version and in case you face any issues, you can post them on our forums forums.vibethemes.com or email us at [email protected].
