Support for epub or mobi file types

Hi – would it be possible to add mobi and epub icons for the download button in a future version?

Shanon, Are you able to upload files via FTP and create folder structure (folders and subfolders) via FTP – then have Download Manager recognize files and folders? This would be helpful for migration purposes and when dealing with a large volume of files.

Thanks for the plugin. There aren’t many choices in this area.
