Can't make Xerte online to work.

Hi,
I installed the plugin. When trying to run even the simplest xerte online:
I’m getting this message:
ERROR: The file wp-content/plugins/xerte-online/xertefiles/template/Nottingham.rlt failed to load.
I checked and the file does exist.
Any ideas?
