Captcha

  • I’ve been getting spam-bots registering on my website.
    I’ve been installing different plugins to install a captcha to block the bots. I’ve been searching around to figure out how to do this. I still get the default WP registration form with no captcha no matter what I do.
    I just started with WordPress so I need something simple.
    I’m also running Buddypress if that matters.
    I have got captcha working for login but not regsitration.

    Just go to your plugin dashboard, click add new, search for “FunCaptcha” and install, and it’ll guide you through the rest of the process. You can register and activate FunCaptcha directly from WordPress without the need to go signup elsewhere, etc like other CAPTCHAs.
