My "published" list does not include my last blog post made under my account

I can’t edit a post I made because when I go under my account my last post is not there. I made it a few days ago. I can see a “draft” version of it, but that is an older version.

Sorry, if this is a common issue or I’ve misunderstood something but it seems like a bug. I made the post with the iOS WordPress app but I can not see my latest published post either with the app or going directly to my web account.
