Custom og:image size and other og meta / twitter card stuff

Hi Yoast,
I like the Open Graph and Twitter Cards integration in Yoast SEO but:
I would like to use a custom cropped Image size (defined in my themes functions.php) for the og:image metas. Sometimes the default medium image size has a inappropriate ratio, a square image is always the best. Is it possible to use my custom image size with yoast SEO plugin? Pretty shure there is some hook to override this ??
Twitter cards markup has a fallback to Open Graph Markup, so twitter:image, twitter:description, twitter:title only blew up the head section as duplicates of og metas.
Why is there no overide option for the og:title in Post Editor (only og:description)? I would like to use a custom Title for og:title, rather then my regular Meta Title.
Is it possible to manualy embed each of the Yoast Social Metas (OpenGraph & Twitter). Any documentation on this?
I have some posts with a custom field were I store Youtube Video IDs. I would like to change some of the og:type / twitter:card values if this custom field has a value.
