Customize page for BuddyPress Default Theme keeps refreshing

  • Hi, I’m currently using Buddy Press Default theme 1.6.4. and when going to Appearance>Themes>Custimize from my dashboard, the page keeps on refreshing. I’ve tried deactivating my plugins one by one, resetting the plugins folder, emptying my cache but that doesn’t seem to work. Any other suggestions?
