Box checked but site not being created.

  • Hi, I created a template> added the template> created new user> checked box to use template not default to create site> The site that was created was only the default NOT the template.

    The box was checked but the template site was NOT created. Instead it’s just a plain Jane 2012.

    NOW, I went to create a new user and site to test it and there is no check box to choose the template.

    How do I fix this please?
