I have this problem where when I add new posts the posts tend to be hidden from the visitors to my blog. When I do make them visible by setting the permission level to public only the post is visible and none of the other posts. If I set a password on a file and the visitor knows the password they can unlock the post, but again the sidebars are missing and none of the other posts. The same is true when I set a post to private or use plugins like viewlevel or private categories or userlevels. Maybe they are the cause. I have deleted wordpress and reinstalled the whole thing from scratch and did about as much when I updated to wordpress 2.0.2. I have uninsulated and reinstalled all of the themes and plugins I was using, but nothing works and I can’t find he answer through my searches. If anyone can help out it would be greatly appreciated. If you need my username and password, let me know. The address is https://www.animeviews.com/wordpress/

The problem seems to lie in the browser I was using. For some reason IE crashed every time I tried to write a post and Opera was causing the sidebars to all vanish along with the body of my post. Writing posts using Firefox worked though on repeated attempts.

Problem solved as far as I am concerned.

Actually, after looking more carefuly It was not the browser I was using, but the javascript plugin that I was using called ‘multipop’.
