Problem with positioning of this plugin

how can i solve the problem… news bar plus is fantastic… but in internet explorer it appears at the bottom of the page although its fixed for “top”… ?? and the tweets also dissapear sometimes (only a dottet line is there)…

hope we can solve that ??
