Internal Error Server

  • I started receiving this following message when trying to access my website (and even the area of wordpress to log in and edit the site):

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    It seems that other people can access it (I can get it on my home network), but in our office it does not open. When I first start my computer in the morning I can access it for a few minutes, then it takes a long time to load and finally brings up the above error.

    If you would go to our website it should open relatively quickly (despite being large it usually moves quick). Our website is https://www.EntertainmentUnlimited.com

    If anyone has any idea what could be the problem I would appreciate it. I contacted our host of the website, the company who handles our server & network, a tech company and I’ve been trying to research it on my own, but so far no help.

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your host should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
